Q. Do doors on my order get a 'CERTASS' certificate?

PVCu and composite doors get a CERTASS certificate when they have more than 50% glass.  ie. full glass door, French doors, patio doors or 2/3 glass 1/3 panel door.

A. Well, one of the most reassuring thoughts is that Warmseal doors are licensed under the police initiative. Our locking systems and hinges are built to the highest possible technological specifications,

Q. What if there is a problem down the line?

A. We believe that you go on being a Warmseal customer long after you've had your products fitted. Whilst we strive for perfection, nobody is 100% perfect, and although it very rarely happens, sometimes something may go wrong.

In these cases, you can be certain that we will be as helpful as we always were throughout your original Warmseal experience and we will do our very best to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently, even if this means going above and beyond the call of duty. Please feel free to take a look at our testimonials, so you can see for yourself just how far we'd go to make sure our customers are always satisfied.

We will then arrange a visit from one of our installation managers and endeavour to resolve it immediately.

Q. What if the surveyor identifies issues that could impact on the price you originally quoted me?

A. Sometimes the surveyor may identify additional issues, especially if you are buying a conservatory or orangery. For example, a drain or manhole may need to be removed, or there may be special access arrangements. If this is the case, and there is an additional cost involved, we will let you know.

Rest assured, we won't commence any further until we receive your agreement on any changes, unlike our competitors who will sometimes proceed and then ask for payment for the extra costs once the job has been started, or even worse, after completion.

Q. When you come out to see me, do I have to decide there and then?.

A. Absolutely not. We don't follow the crowd and are never pushy. We are committed to customer service and the experience, and never hassling our customers. We fully recognise that home improvements are a big decision, both financially and cosmetically and you need some time to consider your prospective purchase.

Of course, if you decide right away that Warmseal is your supplier of choice, we can begin to get things moving as soon as possible.

Q. Do you offer a discount?

A. We don't deal in gimmicks, just great quality that's worth every penny. Which is why you won't find us going from deal to deal unlike our competitors.

When we do offer a deal, you can be assured it's honest and only for a limited time.

Q. What if I get quotes from other companies and you're not the cheapest?

A. We understand that you may ask a few companies to provide you with a quote for your home improvements. We also concede that we may not always be the cheapest quote that you receive.

But if you want to ensure you receive the best quality products, we suggest you ask them to match our reasons to choose Warmseal and more importantly, we recommend you ask for proof. We can provide it, but can they?
