We absolutely don’t believe in the hard sell. That’s why 75% of our sales are through recommendations or returning customers. You’ll never find us sitting in your house until you sign! We wait to be invited by you, at a time that’s convenient and at all times we pride ourselves on being courteous, friendly and helpful. We’ll discuss your requirements, advise you of any planning or building and fire regulations you need to be aware of, and then leave you with a no-obligation quote. We never outstay our welcome and are never pushy.
• A day or so before your appointment, we’ll call to make sure the arrangements are still convenient, and briefly discuss your needs. This ensures we bring along suitable samples, and that the appointment takes up less of your time.
• We understand that inviting someone into your home is quite daunting, especially if they’re trying to sell you something! We try to make our visit relaxed, informative and as hassle free as possible. We promise not to overstay our welcome, and will treat you courteously and with absolute respect.
• At some point, our friendly sales person will carry out some simple measurements to help us calculate your initial quote. They will then leave you to consider the quote, and will offer to call you at your convenience over the next few days.
• Your quote will then be passed to the Retail Administration team, who will put together a more formal quotation. You should receive this by post no more than two days following your appointment. We’re happy to email this to you, if you prefer. As mentioned earlier, the sales person will call you at the pre-arranged time and ask if you’ve managed to come to a decision and will be able to answer any further queries you may have thought of since the appointment.
• If you decide to go ahead, the Sales person will draw up a contract document. A surveyor will then visit and take more detailed measurements, and run through the contract with you to ensure we deliver exactly what you have asked for.
• Once the survey has been completed to everyone’s agreement, we begin manufacturing. Our installation team will then contact you to organise a date for installation. On the day of installation our team will prepare the areas with dustsheets and boards to protect gardens and driveways, before commencing work. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please raise them with the fitting team. During the course of the installation, an inspector will visit the site to ensure things are proceeding well.
• Once they’ve finished, and removed all debris and tidied up, the fitting team will explain how to operate locks and handles etc. The fitting team will then ask for payment if other arrangements have not been made, for example, BACS transfer.
• Within a week, you’ll receive the 10-year Warmseal Guarantee and your Fensa Certificate will be issued (where applicable)
• Warmseal isn’t one of these companies that take your money and then you never hear from us again. Our products are guaranteed for 10 years, so you have the peace of mind that you’re getting a high quality product, and should you experience problems (nobody’s perfect but we do try!), you can be confident that our after care service is just as important to us years down the line.
