We’ve been in business for over 24 years, and we’re immensely proud that we’ve never gone bust or re-emerged from another failed company. The reason we’ve remained at the forefront of our industry for so long is that we pride ourselves in delivering a no-nonsense, courteous, high quality service from the moment you contact us for an appointment, right through to installation and years afterwards. • All of our products are manufactured locally

This means providing jobs and training for the North East and investment and commitment in the local economy. It also means a faster turnaround, from ordering to installation. Plus, we’re on your doorstep and able to react quickly and efficiently should any problems occur.

• All of our products are British Standard accredited

Every one of our products has been tested to recognised British Standards, and the certification is genuinely that of Warmseal, unlike some companies who claim to have accreditation, but will use the accreditations of their supplier.

• We’ve achieved Secured by Design accreditation

Warmseal is one of the first companies in the UK to achieve Secured by Design. We’re also one of only a handful of companies to have achieved this highly acclaimed accreditation on our French Doors, unlike any other company operating in the North East.

• British Standard Kitemark for Installation and Surveying

All of our surveyors and installers operate within the British Standard Kitemark for Surveying and Installation. Warmseal is one of the first companies in the region to achieve this – when you ask for a quote, we will show you proof of accreditation.

• Members of the Glass and Glazing Federation – GGF

The GGF is the industry watchdog and its members abide by their strict guidelines in respect of service, product and installation. The GGF is there to support you should any disputes arise – when you ask for a quote, we will show you evidence of membership. • Absolutely no hard sell or obligation

Some companies will refuse to arrange to visit you, unless you are ‘accompanied by the decision maker, or your partner’.  The reason behind this is that they think you’re not able to make a decision on your own. This disgraceful approach is not one that Warmseal will take, and we are more than happy to arrange an appointment with one person. Additionally, we won’t bully or pressurise you into a decision.

• A commitment to the environment

Warmseal is fully committed to ensuring all of our products perform at the highest possible level in respect of energy conservation and the Government’s guidelines in respect of reducing household emissions and greenhouse gasses. Plus, all of Warmseal’s profile is made using calcium-organic stabilisers instead of traditional lead-based ones used by many other companies. All of our waste in packaging, manufacture and installation is processed by our waste partners JBT, and wherever possible is recycled.
