About Us

Since beginning life in 1987 as a small showroom in the west end of Newcastle, Warmseal has grown to become the largest manufacturer, supplier and installer of high quality, high security products to the Retail, Trade and Commercial markets in the North.

Operating from four factory units at Throckley covering a five acre site, all of our windows and doors are manufactured on our premises.

This year, 2008, sees Warmseal celebrating its 21st anniversary, a magnificent achievement of which we are very proud. Many companies claim to have been around for a similar time, but have usually gone out of business and been resurrected, or have been merged with outher companies.

So what makes Warmseal so successful?

Warmseal's success is based entirely upon the high standards demanded right throughout the company. Warmseal's quality, integrity and service are admired throughout the industry and represent a level of professionalism that most other companies aim for but never achieve. Our commitment to Lean Manufacture saves time and waste as well as helping to protect the environment ultimately making our products more cost competetive.

We don't use self-employed, commissioned based salesmen. Our Sales Executives are all employed, and treat our customers with respect and consideration - not for us the hard sell, or sitting in your house until you sign a contract. Nor will we hassle you with uninvited, inconvenient telephone calls. When you ask for a quote, we will give you our best possible price - we don't start at an over inflated price and come down.

One thing we don't do, is criticise or bad-mouth our competitors - we don't need to - Our reputation and our products speak for themselves.

We have an amazing portfolio of products which are constantly under review to ensure that they meet the highest possible quality and most stringent security standards. Not only do we manufacture, supply and install UPVc windows, doors, composite doors garage doors roofline and conservatories, but we also manufacture aluminium windows and doors - we are particularly proud of our bi-fold doors, which are on display in our showroom. Recently we have added synthectic grass from Primalawn to our product range. Primalawn is ideal for troublesome areas of the garden that are in constant need of weeding, and tending. For those that just haven't got the time or the enthusiasm to look after their garden, Primalawn takes away the hard work but leaves you a beautiful garden in which to sit and relax.
